Tungsten carbide roll has a characteristic of good hardness and its hardness will not change too much along with the change of temperature. This performance can guarantee the wear resistance and deformation resistance, so as to ensure the finish of groove and the constancy of dimension. The cooling effect is good and the reaction time of harmful impurity in the high temperature is short due to their high thermal conductivity of tungsten carbide roll. Therefore, tungsten carbide roll has better corrosion resistance, cold and hot fatigue resistance than the tool steel roll. It can greatly reduce the production cost, significantly improve the efficiency.
