This performance can guarantee the wear resistance and deformation resistance, so as to ensure the finish of groove and the constancy of dimension. Due to their high thermal conductivity of tungsten carbide roll, the cooling effect is good and the reaction time of harmful impurity in the high temperature is short. Therefore, tungsten carbide roll has better corrosion resistance, cold and hot fatigue resistance than the tool steel roll.
